Services

Always On, powered by The Magneto Effect, provides website design and marketing system services for contractors and home-service businesses, including lead-response automation, missed-call text-back, review generation, and related tools. The specific services provided will be agreed with you directly.

Bookings & Communication

By requesting a call, submitting a form, or engaging our services, you authorize us to contact you to discuss and deliver our services.

Fees & Payment

Fees for our services will be agreed with you before work begins. Recurring services are billed on a recurring basis as agreed. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are non-refundable once services have been delivered for the applicable period.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and any materials, access, or approvals reasonably needed for us to deliver our services. You are responsible for how you use the tools and systems we provide, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to your own marketing and communications with your customers.

Either party may cancel ongoing services with reasonable notice as agreed. Fees already incurred or paid for the current billing period are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
